Yes, people are completely naked in these photographs by New York-based photographer Shinichi Maruyama. He has an amazing ability to capture motion in a way that transforms the object from how we are used to seeing it to something ethereal and infinite.
He creates these images by making a seamless composite of many individual shots. “With regard to these two viewpoints, a connection can be made to a human being’s perception of presence in life.” According to the artist, “the resulting image appears to be something entirely different than what actually exists.”
