Most E-Versers pride themselves on their taste in music as well as literature. Considering that 1D (that’s One Direction, the prepackaged  British boy band) won a Video Music Award for their track “The Best Song Ever,” I’m submitting this gem as my vote for one of the true best songs ever

Queen’s Guitarist Brian May explains how their operatic classic “Bohemian Rhapsody” was written and recorded. It’s a little long to watch the whole thing but very interesting to see how the parts came together. Mr. May also explains a bit about what Freddie Mercury was really like to work with. The video glitches a little around the 3 minute mark but clears up right away.
