Yes, spring has sprung, and momma cats have been huddling in vacant lots and old woodpiles with their broods. We spotted one family of kittens in a stack of lumber in the neighboring yard (the home is owned and maintained but vacant). Lynn managed to gently trap the family one by one and is now fattening them up in our basement (our own pampered cats are not pleased). It seems two of the kittens have been claimed, but one is still looking for a home! If you’re interested and in the Philadelphia area, please let us know. We will have the kittens checked for FIV and Leukemia (the mom as well), but they’re too young to be fixed yet. These little purr bombs need families. Please consider taking the last one in and making it happy.
