I try to eat about eight pounds of fresh fruit each week, particularly in the summer when it’s available and reasonably priced. However, I realize from this chart that I’ve been swimming in the shallow end of the pool where fruit is concerned. I can probably name about a dozen types of fruit off the top of my head. But now, I use this excellent chart to help me work out what kinds of fruit I’d like to try in the future. Let’s go beyond banana, shall we?
