In addition to being a poet, she was a librettist, lyricist, professional violinist, and a member of the New York City Opera. She was scheduled to present a critical seminar, “Words for Music,” this summer at the West Chester University Poetry Conference where she was a regular and much loved participant. The poetry world is poorer without her.

Then the sea sighed.
You miss the boat and him.
